Have you looked at the energy star webite. They Have a database where you can enter and keep track of a buildings energy usage. and it gets rated compared to all other buildings and given a rating.. We use it a lot at the mechanical engineering firm i work at. you may however need to make a login
That website has quite the broad range of buildings, wow. The website TRU is currently trying out as a pilot project is Builtspace.com. It does kind of the same thing but it also allows the users to give feedback and is going for a more personalized interface. Very neat thanks for the link Brad!
